With over two decades of experience in the film and TV industry across the US, Europe, and Africa, Michael is a seasoned creative professional. His TV productions have earned him 5 South African Film & TV Awards (SAFTAs). Michael is also the founder of the Academy of Television and Screen Arts in Johannesburg.

SINGLE MOTHERS EPISODE 1 (click here) and SINGLE MOTHERS EPISODE 4 (click here) are two scripts from the M-Net dramatic miniseries SINGLE MOTHERS that Michael Lee conceptualized and wrote. SINGLE MOTHERS EPISODES 2, 3, and 5 were finally written by other writers based on the structures Lee set out as Head Writer, and were edited by Michael Lee and the Script Editor.
